RIDING ACTIVITIES

This riding module involves learning the basics to horse riding by a Riding Instructor, through which essential social-emotional skills such as focus, trust, confidence and active listening are developed and enhanced.

The experience of trusting a majestic 500kg equine friend to safely carry them and listen to their cues greatly improves their self-esteem which translates to clients feeling more confident in tackling life challenges.
